Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RomanceGen. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't, don't use the service.

Eligibility

RomanceGen is for adults only. By using the service, you affirm you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. If you are not, you must not use the service.

Content and ownership

Stories you generate are yours to keep, edit, share, and republish. We do not claim a license over your generations. We do not feed your content back into model training. We do not read your stories.

You are responsible for the prompts you submit. You may not request content depicting minors, non-consensual scenarios involving real people, or any content prohibited by applicable law.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service to:

  • Generate or solicit content depicting minors in any sexual context.
  • Generate content depicting identifiable real people in sexual contexts without their consent.
  • Resell access, scrape, or redistribute the model's outputs as a derivative service.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, credit accounting, or content controls.

Credits and payments

Credits are sold in flat packs and do not expire. Refunds for unused credits are available within 14 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse service or revoke credits in cases of abuse.

Service availability

The service is provided “as is.” We aim to keep it running but cannot guarantee uptime. Generations may occasionally fail; failed generations are automatically refunded.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
